Belshaw, William (1796-1839)

Belshaw, William

Liverpool, Lancashire and Birkenhead, Cheshire; cabinet maker (fl. 1796–1839)

Indenture dated 1796–97. In 1806 and 1812 he petitioned for freedom by servitude to Samuel Chubbard, but each application was rejected, not having served his whole term [Liverpool freemen's committee book].

Probably the same man recorded as a cabinet maker at 22 Chester Street, Birkenhead, Cheshire (1834–39).
