Alderney, Daniel, London, cm (1757). Son of William Alderney of St Mary Aldermanbury, London, cabinetmaker. App. to Henry Draper on 15 March 1749, and then to Thomas Brown, merchant tailor. Admitted freeman of the Upholders’ Co. by servitude on 7 July 1757. [GL, Upholders’ Co. records]
