Affleck, Thomas

London and Philadelphia; cabinet maker (fl. 1740–1794)

Apprenticed in Edinburgh, then moved to London in 1760 before emigrating to Philadelphia in 1763. He became one of Philadelphia’s most celebrated furniture makers.
